Gaaf resultaat hoor, je hebt ook mooi de ruimte om de kap te laten "kantelen" 8)

Echt een leuk idee dat je die kap zo kan kantelen. En ik ben jaloers op je ruime werkplek 8)

Bedankt voor jullie berichten.

Helaas heb ik niet veel aan de machine gedaan. Beetje druk op het werk.
Maar nu (inmiddels nog maar 1) week vakantie dus kan er vanalles gerommeld worden.

Ik heb de brug opnieuw haaks gesteld na de verhuizing en ik wil nu graag de Tslot plaat voorzien van potgaten en de alu bruggen die eronder zitten meteen doorboren.

Ik heb als strategie bedacht om
  • éérst met een boor ø5.5 door de alu T slot plate te boren, het tipje nét onder de plaat uit laten komen (mooie center voor de volgende actie),
  • dan met een boor ø4.0 10mm ''door'' de plaat heen (dit creëert dus een ø4.0 gat in de aluminium liggers van de ospf waar ik later handmatig m5 in tap.
  • Als laatste een pocket met een ø4.0 flat end dat het potgat moet maken
Wat vinden jullie van deze strategie? je kunt ook de eerste 2 functies omdraaien zodat de ø4.0 een soort van voorboor actie is, het nadeel is alleen dat je met een boortje van slechts 4 30mm diep moet boren (20 T slot, 10 aluminium liggers). Mij leek het eerste idee beter. ø5.5 kan makkelijk in een keer door alu m.i.

Dit zijn mijn parameters, sprint er iets uit volgens jullie? Volgens fusion doet hij er 36 minuten over.
  • ø5.5 op 5000 rpm , 0.2 Feed per Rev en chip breaking partial retract met een peck van 1.375mm
  • ø4.0 ook op 5000 rpm , 0.2 Feed per Rev en chip breaking partial retract met een peck van 1.0mm
  • pocket met ø4.0 Z4 flat op 15000 rpm , 1000mm/min , 1mm step down met een finish van 0.2mm step down
Belangrijk: ik heb mijn compressor nog niet geinstalleerd dus momenteel moet ik even handmatig koelen (met wd40 ofzo)

Ik voeg altijd handmatig ''Gosub user_5'' toe aan het begin van een nieuwe bewerking. Dit is een ''macrootje'' die alleen maar effe pauzeert en zegt ''change or check clamp''. In dit geval niet nodig maar ooit wel handig als je bijvoorbeeld buitencontouren doet en iets vastgekikkert zit, dan kan ik effe de kikker naar de andere zijde zetten. Ik moet nog even uitzoeken hoe ik die naam kan wijzigen naar iets vatbaarders zoals ook gedaan bij de Gosub M_tool.

In aluminium wordt zelfs 4,1mm aangeraden. Alleen moet je wat moeite doen om zo'n boortje te vinden, die hebben ze dan weer niet bij de Gamma's op de hoek.

M-maat maal 0.8 is een goede indicatie heb ik me laten vertellen maar de echte regel zou M-maat - Spoed zijn?
Voor M5 levert beide hetzelfde op maar voor M8 (spoed 1.25) is er duidelijk verschil...

m maat - spoed is altijd goed
m maat x 0,8 gebruikten we vroegen op de bouw da heb je geen boor van 6,7 voor M8 x 1,25
dan naam je de maat in de buurd dus 8 x 8 =64 boor 6,5
als je in alu te klein boort en je heb geen echte scherpe tap dan krijg je de schroef maar met mooite erin en heb je kans dat ze zal vastfreten

Nou Hans, zo oud ben jij ook nog niet, dat x0.8 wel de juiste boormaat was. ;-)
Dat het overal gebruikt werd, geloof ik wel (duurt heel lang voor het truucje van Opa niet meer gebruikt wordt). (dat alle M12 sleutelwijdte 18 heeft zal ook nog wel 100 jaar duren, en ondertussen zijn de steeksleutelsets niet kloppend, als je niet oplet)
Maar feit is dat de norm voor metrische draad ooit aangepast is. In die oude norm klopte dat voorboren wel omdat de bodem afronding kleiner was, maar daardoor wordt de kern diameter van de bout dunner en dus juist zwakker, dus hebben ze die afronding nu H/6 en de afplatting bij de moer H/4.
Die aanpassing is in ieder geval van (ver?) voor mijn schooltijd. (ik zal es zoeken in m'n archief of ik nog een antiek PBNA boekje of zo heb)

Heb ik je toch te jong ingeschat. 8)
Ja, en de leraren die jij had waren nog ouder. :lol: (en misschien nog niet op de hoogte van de nieuwe norm?)
Maar het was wel een overgangsperiode, dus je schoolgeld terughalen zal wel niet meer lukken.
45 jaar geleden leerde ik toch al de diameter-spoed. (en dat die 0.8 een oude norm was)
Hierbij een normblad waarin al wel vermeld wordt dat die gaat wijzigen.(uit een polytechnischzakboekje van ongeveer 1964, staat helaas geen jaartal in, wel 207 tot 221e duizendtal)

Nee, dat moet je gewoon even testen. :lol: Maar het lijkt redelijk. Al zou ik met de helft beginnen (F)

Als vind ik het wel erg veel regels voor een paar gaatjes.
Normaal zou je dat met een boorcyclus doen, en vervolgens alleen de coördinaten aflopen.
Als je dan toch liever een andere strategie doet, hoef je alleen 1 regel met de cyclus er in aan te passen.
Ik ben voor meer techniek op school, maar dan wel vanaf groep 1 basischool.
